We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Assistant to join our team to help us with the various events at the farm throughout the year and promotion of our store.
As a Social Media Assistant you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement and attendance at our events - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, this will include taking good photos and video - Create professional looking reels for the various platforms - Collaborate with the management to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for social media growth, particularly on Instagram and TikTok - Analyze social media metrics and generate reports on performance, making recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Regular progress meetings with management and some on site work at the farm will also be required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role - Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences - Proficient in content creation and social media advertising - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for social media content - Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and make data-driven decisions If you are an organized, self-motivated individual with a passion for social media marketing, who also has excellent organizational and time management skills, we would love to hear from you.
