Business hours are M-F 8am to 5pm.
Part-time or Full-time hours available.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner - Schedule appointments and answer phone calls - Collect and update patient information in the system - Assist with filing and organizing medical records - Provide general information about services offered at the veterinary clinic - Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians as needed Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field is preferred - Strong communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of basic animal care and medical terminology - Proficiency in computer systems and software used in veterinary clinics Please note that dog training and pet grooming are not relevant to the responsibilities or requirements of a Veterinary Receptionist.
