Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-starter, to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our sales department.
This position is responsible for greeting guests and supporting sales staff by providing administrative, managerial, clerical, and customer support.
Candidates need to have excellent customer care skills, along with outstanding communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
General Job Duties - Technical Knowledge / Expertise Greeting walk-in prospects, answering the telephone, and ensuring they complete registration information Assisting buyers with paperwork Procuring supplies, stocking, and assembling hospitality station Assembling gift bags for guests and new home buyers Inventory and order marketing collateral and office supplies Ensure marketing materials are up to date Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems Entering information in Zoho when necessary Scheduling tours for sales team when needed Working with staff to resolve Zoho/CRM and other IT issues Submitting timesheets Walking model homes to ensure they are show ready Facilitate communication with resale owners regarding showings and feedback Advise Corporate Marketing on changes to any listings on website Take interior and exterior photos for newly built or resale homes Opening and securing clubhouse and sales office daily Performing other duties as assigned Office Manger Requirements:
High school diploma/GED Previous experience in the real estate industry preferred Fluent in CRM software.
ZOHO experience a plus.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong numeracy and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
5 day work week including Saturdays (hours are subject change) Physical Requirements:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
