Onboard, train, and retain housekeeping team associates.
Complete inventory of supplies and order, as needed.
Spot check tasks completed by housekeeping team to ensure compliance and satisfactory results.
Engage with Human Resources on job openings and new-employee interviews.
Dust and clean furniture, vacuum, clean and sanitize restrooms, mop and sanitize hard floors; Empty all trash; Restock supplies as needed; Clean resident rooms and common areas; Wash windows as needed; Ensure resident rooms are odour-free; Basic writing and math skills; Cleans pond and filters; Follow appropriate infection control techniques while cleaning; Attends in-services and informational meetings; Prepares work-order list or notifies the administrator of any physical facility needs; Greets and directs visitors to the facility; Laundry, as required; This role is designed for someone who works cooperatively as a team member, and treats all residents and visitors with courtest and respect.
