We are a new assisted living facility growing quickly and looking for Caregivers and MedTechs for our PRN Caregiving position.
The shifts that are available would include 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am shifts.
There is no guarantee of a set number of shifts that you will have in a week and will fluctuate depending on the need for coverage.
This position is perfect for someone looking for an extra source of income and be offered shifts during your stated availability.

Assists residents with their activities of daily living.
Provides other support duties as directed by the Administrator or Nurse.
Job-related physical requirements:
You must be able to work the full shift.
Must be able to assist residents with transfers.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Summary:

Caregiver supervisor, Scheduler/Trainer, resident care coordinator and the administrator.
Extent of supervision:
Performs duties as assigned.
Receives direction from supervisor on a frequent basis.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Education Requirement:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional skills:
Must be able to assist and supervise residents with their activities of daily living to include transferring, bathing, eating, dressing, grooming, medication assistance, and toileting.
Must monitor residents' physical and health care needs and document in the communication log daily, notify the administrator and nurse of all concerns.
Must have communication skills in the predominant language of the property.
Must have language skills sufficient to communicate with people with hearing impairments.
Must demonstrate competence in serving the needs of aged and chronically ill residents.
Must have knowledge of residents' and respect these rights at all times.
Must have appropriate knowledge of policies and procedures of the company (including personnel policies) and will follow these policies at all times.
Must keep residents' rooms clean, neat and orderly; curtains, bed, bath, linens, and furniture included.
Usual location:
Duties will require movement throughout the building and facility grounds.
The state requires that all workers in ALF's in the state of Florida be able to pass a level 2 background check and be authorized to work in the U.
S.
